Wonder why The Black Eyed Peas took so long getting to their own Playboy after-party at The Sagamore Saturday? Developer John Turchin chartered a yacht and took the entire band and backup dancers direct from the AmericanAirlines Arena and back to his Dilido Island home, where they partied with Turchin's friends and family, including Turchin daughter Ashley and boyfriend/biz-man Philip Levine. All of the Peas expressed great interest in buying homes at Turchin's Eagle's Nest in North Carolina.

The Synergy Experience will transform the elite mountain, The Lodges at Eagles Nest, into a breathtaking interactive and panoramic feast for the senses. If you thought the Cirque was exciting, you haven’t seen anything yet. This is to be an incredibly unique VIP event.

A luxury year-round residential community, The Lodges at Eagles Nest is the creation of renowned developer John Turchin and his hand-selected team of experienced professionals.

Termed the Hamptons of the South East, soon to host some stars like the black eyed peas, the band's management and Eagle's Nest have been in touch for awhile about the possibility. It's part of Turchin's long-term plan.

"Ever hear the phrase 'if you build it they will come?'" he asked.

Inspired by the phrase, Turchin built an amphitheater and recording studio at Eagle's Nest in hopes of attracting artists.

"My idea is to have a place like this where bands can come up here, bring their families, stay in our houses and write some hits," he said.

He hopes to have the Black Eyed Peas at the amphitheater soon.

"They showed a lot of interest in what we're doing," Turchin said
