Caviar d'Aquitainer comes from the Siberian Sturgeon species.

Prepared in South-West France, its delicate salting brings out the full expression of its long hazelnut flavour on the palate. The reputation of this caviar is based on total control of its maturing, an extremely stringent quality control system and permanent selection.

Caviar d'Aquitaine, with its full-sized grains, its extremely fine skin and its colour, ranging from anthracite grey to golden brown, will surprise our clients with joy.

It needs no accompaniment and can be enjoyed in refined dishes or plain on toast or blinis with a touch of Creme Fraiche.
